How To Use

  • Wash your hands and the cup thoroughly with warm water.
  • Press the sides of the cup together and fold it in half again. Hold the folded sides firmly between your thumb and forefinger.
  • Relax and gently separate the labia with your free hand. Then, insert the curved edge of the folded cup into the vaginal opening.
  • Depending on your flow, empty the cup 2-5 times daily.
  • After use, wash your hands again with warm water and soap. Gently pull on the stem until you can reach the base of the cup. Pinch the base of the cup to release the seal and continue to pull down to remove it.
  • Empty the contents into the toilet, wash the cup thoroughly with warm water, and safely store it until your next cycle.

Note: If the menstrual cup causes discomfort or leaks, improper positioning may be the issue. You can safely use the menstrual cup at night, and it can hold between 0.5 to 20 ml of menstrual blood. It does not affect virginity or serve as contraception.
